Annual Spring Carnival

Held in the parking lot of the R. F. Kennedy (D.C. Stadium), this event hosts  over 900 disabled children, who are treated to rides, prizes, food (plenty of Crackerjax and cotton candy)  and are assisted onto the rides by Kiwanians, their spouses, Circle K members, Key Clubbers, students from Landon School, Stone Ridge Academy, as well as volunteers from the D.C. National Guard.  We are very fortunate in having established a long-standing relationship with the Verona Brothers Carnival, which donates a full afternoon of each of its Washington, D.C. appearances to this event.  In addition, the Verona Brothers have become enthusiastic supporter of our Children's Orthopaedic Clinic, having made several substantial donations over the years.
